Letter from Oliver Johnson, Boston, [Mass.], to William Lloyd Garrison, Oct[ober]. 8, 1843
Description:
Oliver Johnson thanks William Lloyd Garrison for the delivery of the main key to Johnson's new house, but expresses his concern for Garrison's health, and admonishes him for his carelessness in having walked so long a journey when it was unnecessary. Johnson expresses his sympathy for the poor health and suffering of Helen Garrison. Johnson concludes by appraising Garrison of the establishment of his new household, and assures Garrison that all will be prepared for Garrison's return.
