After Their Victory over the Troopers Striking milk producers dumping a 700 gallon cargo of milk on the Rochester-Syracuse highway, 15 miles east of Rochester, March 30, after they had overwhelmed 20 state troopers who were protecting the truckload on its way to Rochester. The troopers swung heavy riot clubs but they proved no match for the several hundred strikers, and were forced to stand by while the milk was dumped.
