(British edition); A1-A20 (American edition); and two additional proofs (not numbered or signed in lower margin) for submission to Censor. In ink, on the face of one, "Censor"; on the other, "Proof for Censor. " The former bears inscription, "Passed by Censor. A. N. Lee, Major, G. S. , G. H. Q. , Id. , 30/4/17" and is in the V. & A. M. Proof C (B. M. ).
