Additional information accompanying item: Border in pencil. Signature below, to the right - "Fantin." Second state - plain margins, scraper strokes have been given here and there in the design. A sort of scribbling with crayon above the tambourine has been erased. 6 trial proofs before the edition of 25 proofs. Stone destroyed. Executed in 1896. Imp. Lemercier. This impression cancelled as proof of the edition, before the destruction of the stone.
