Layout: 2 columns, 31 lines. Bounding and writing lines in brown plummet, bounding lines full-length.
Decoration: On the recto, a seven-line initial [D] historiated with a portrait of St. Andrew standing holding a crucifix and a book, with three-quarter foliate border in pastel palette with gold leaves and balls; two-line initials throughout in blue or red with red penwork.
Binding: Tipped into a matte and housed in an oversize folder.
