Harriet Beecher Stowe writes to unknown author in regards to Henry's advice against a permanent arrangement. She advises for hiring John Abbott and in a year's time they will see the permanent investments. Henry recommends talking to Storrs in regards to the crisis in Andover. She writes the revival has "never been so deep strong & still as now." Calvin Ellis Stowe writes to Professor Cleaveland in October 23, 1856 regarding destroyed goods in the amount of $30 or $40 dollars.
