New President of Norwich University Inaugurated. Porter H. Adams of Thetford, Vt., became the 16th president of Norwich University at Northfield, Vermont October 22. Many prominent educators and state officials attended the inauguration of the internationally prominent aviation enthusiast and official. Adams, a former president of the National Aeronautic Association, and a state representative, rose from a sick bed to take the oath of office.
