Edward Hitchcock draft letter to unidentified recipient
Description:
An undated letter to an editor in which Edward Hitchcock describes a portion of the Connecticut River in northern Massachusetts. Hitchcock says he includes a sketch of a view of the river as well, telling the editor he may use the sketch in his portfolio. The writing on the verso appears to be a first draft of the full letter.
