Rae discusses what is wrong with the mental health system, including the fact that the system is usually not accountable to its users. Rae calls for psychiatric survivors to be put on the board of all mental health centers and other organizations that deal with mental health services. She also brings up involuntary treatment and the cost for mental hospitals.
