A speech written by Rae in which she discusses the fact that the only way the rights of mental patients and others are perceived as different is because mental patients are seen as being different, when in fact they are not. Rae talks about terrible trends in the mental health system, including outpatient commitment, medicalization of psychiatry, language, and the dangers of drugs.
