Nine piece stomach pump set in rectangular wooden box. Box is polished wood with rectangular brass plate on lid and brass pull opening mechanism. Interior of box is lined with red and brown faded velvet. Lid contains one pump attachment tube. Other side of box contains two long red and brass tube attachments, one large stomach pump with wooden handle, one wooden-handled brass and metal pointed instrument, one brass attachment, one wooden instrument with hole in center, one unknown small black metal instrument, and one small metal pin.

This stomach pump set was created in the late 19th century by the firm of Codman and Shurtleff in Boston, Massachusetts. It was found in the collections of the Warren Anatomical Museum.
