Notes:
This examination chair was created by the W. D. Allison Company between 1893 and 1925. It was owned by William C. Cooley, who acquired it from Arthur Coyne, a Northampton, Massachusetts ophthalmologist, in 1962 when Cooley purchased his ophthalmology practice. In 2015, Cooley donated the chair to the Warren Anatomical Museum.
