Phil was glad to receive Harry's letter yesterday since it was the first in two weeks. Rumors that soldiers are limited in how many letters they can write are unfounded and they are in fact encouraged to write home often. He's glad to hear that the liberty loan campaign has been successful, and asks if Harry has received Phil's allotment since Francis got word that his was received. Uncle Will tried to send him some maple sugar but the regulations would not allow it.
