Donald Howard Parker (Class of 1944) crosses the finish line during an indoors track meet at Curry Hicks Gymnasium. After graduation, he moved to Williamsburg VA where he worked for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as its chief landscape architect, retiring in 1985 after 36 years of service but keeping an office there part time as late as 1990. He passed away in December 1998 at the age of 76. "Don Parker wins another one. Class of '44)" written on label on back. Photo provided by Joseph Bornstein (Class of 1944), who left the University briefly to fight in the war then returned to graduate in 1947.
