Sturge discusses contributions to the anti-slavery bazaar. She says that no more "beautiful silvered glass" can be obtained. She refers to David Livingstone crossing Africa. Sturge asks what Mrs. Stowe is doing. Sturge praises William Lloyd Garrison for burning the "Laws of the Constitution."</mods:note>
