"Little Island" and "Poacha" (Pochet) Island are the properties, of which 13 acres are on Little Island, and 3/4 acre on Poacha. Two acres of Little Island was formerly owned by James Higgins. Both sellers' signatures were accompanied by stamps, but the buyer, Timothy Doane did not sign the deed. Thankful Crosby signed with the mark "X."
