The top half of the poster is a black and white photograph of a man with a hat smoking a cigar. A small image of a group of three men are in the middle of the poster which looks like it is torn in half. The lower half is red with white text in Catalan that reads, "Another labor reform against the workers." The CNT logo is on the bottom right corner of the poster.
