'There was a drugstore on the corner of Newton and Bryant Street, and then Malden Cake Box, Sauley's Pool Parlor, Hebrew Free Loan Society, interest-free loans for all immigrant families, Kosher meat markets, fish markets, tailors, dry good store, barber and hairdressers. I am still living near Suffolk Square but now it's called the Faulkner section of Malden.'
