<mods:abstract>Earthenware teacup without a handle (.1) and saucer (.2). Red transfer-print "Bavarian Girls" pattern. The center of the pattern, printed in the bottom of the cup and center of saucer, depicts a girl dressed in skirt, blouse with sash, and hat holding a flag on a long stick. She stands under a flower trellis with a small building behind her. A red transfer-print border appears on the rim of the saucer and the interior and exterior walls of the cup. The border consists of floral medallions framing a scene of two rabbits alternating with an exotic flower.</mods:abstract>
