Letter from William Wood to Stephen Palmer. William starts out by addressing Stephen as brother, and the compliments him by saying that he wanted to be his friend from the first time he saw him. He then sets the letter aside and continues four days later. For three pages he discusses his thoughts on religion, before apologizing that "I fear I have lengthened this subject beyond beyond your patience," before continuing to describe why he thinks it is important. The end of the letter mentions how close their families are. Full typed transcription available in media file.
