An image of the Blessed Virgin Mary holding her crucified son Jesus. On the medal back: an image of Joseph holding the infant Jesus surrounded by the words: "ST. JOSEPH POWERFUL INTERCESSOR PRAY FOR US AND OUR CHILDREN".
