Rectangular-shaped light switch plate with a pointed top. Consists of an image of Jesus Christ and the Sacred Heart encircled by the inscription "I WILL BLESS EVERY HOME WHERE A PICTURE OF MY HEART SHALL BE EXPOSED AND HONORED". A second inscription reads "BLESS THIS HOUSE OH LORD PRAY MAKE IT SAFE BY NIGHT AND DAY".
