<mods:abstract>In the card verso image a woman servant, holding a bowl of tomatoes, stands in a dining room to serve a woman and man with the caption: "Indade, Ma'am, an I'll not take off another stitch, if I lose me place." According to "Hungering for America", this image had an anti-Irish intention and Biddy was a diminutive for the name Bridget. The image was used for other businesses, such as Atwood & Eldried Merchant's Café, located at 17 Essex Street, Boston.</mods:abstract>
