Description:
Citywide Coordinating Council daily monitoring report for South Boston High School by Marilee Wheeler. Wheeler reports that the presence of Massachusetts State Police officers at school may decrease due to complaints from officers about insufficient compensation. She also describes incidents between students which, she believes, should not technically result in suspensions and reports that there were several white men outside of the school distributing pamphlets about the new headmaster of South Boston High School, Jerome Winegar.
