Signed Josephine Crowder Engberg; regarding the letter-interview with Du Bois on the subject of Haiti for La Nacion newspaper, finding it "a little difficult" to make a list of questions and instead inquiring as to Du Bois' personal opinions to the current, past, and possible future situations in that country; how he imagines the U.S. may gracefully withdraw; and whether "we should bother to be graceful" at all. Reminding him that the purpose of the article is to show both sides of the story and let the Argentines know "that many citizens of the United States deplore our interference there."
