Contains a detailed description of all the actions the military took during these events and mentions individuals such as Rauch, Lanusse and Poggi. Includes conversations between President Frondizi and General Rauch, and information about appointments and replacements inside the army as well as a memorandum and a letter from Lanusse in which he explains his personal opinions and feelings towards the ongoing situation. Concludes with a letter from superior officers to Rauch, Ongania, Caro, Ardanaz, and Lanusse blaming them on the students' blood spilled on August 12, 1962; for this, they asked them to resign.
