An article responding to the "Madness and Medicine" program aired by the American Broadcasting Company in which Dr. Macht says that most psychiatric practice involves psychotherapy, that studies have proven drugs are safe and effective, and that electroshock treatments are used sparingly. Chamberlin has underlined several parts of the article in red ink and added commentary.
