Describing various affairs, events, and disputes occurred at China Aid Council Committee meetings; outlining outrage at the release of a certain truth-distorting articles and discussing its various outcomes; regretting that her letter "will not lower your blood pressure" but justifying its timeliness nonetheless, and attempting to set a certain record straight; and offering to gladly do "anything I can personally to do be of help." Denying that the China Aid Council sent any money to Chiang Kai-Shek and insisting that no member would ever do so; describing the Council's fundraising efforts and disbursements; and pledging to "continue to promote the work of the China Welfare Fund." Describing her recent encounter with Dr. Chi and relaying his various experiences and perceptions of the work of the China Aid Council; describing a Dr. Hsu who will be needing laboratory supplies prior to his return to China in the fall; and hoping "he is a person who can make his own decisions and not be swayed from one day to the next by vicious Epstein-Gerlach-Tong propaganda.
