Photocopy of a document included with Cornicelli's diary kept during his service as Secretary-Aide to Army Commander in Chief, General Lanusse. Memo addressed to President Onganía stating that there is unease in society because of inaccurate and exaggerated messages transmitted by different groups, which do not destabilize the government but must be treated as a problem. Most of the preoccupations relate to the revolution's slowing pace, the fundamental work undone, the government's silence about the opposition campaign regarding suspicious businesses, the functionaries inefficiency, the links of leaders to international interest, and others. The Army Commander in Chief has taken measures to face these situations, such as the continuous analysis of their evolution and efficient communications inside the army.
