Photocopy of a document included with Cornicelli's diary kept during his service as Secretary-Aide to Army Commander in Chief, General Lanusse. Topics include the state of the Argentine revolution (a positive comparison between before and after 1966); divisions between the citizenry, the government, and the military; and the existence of a campaign by political opponents. Various steps are proposed for clarifying the goals of the revolution, allowing the organization of a new political force, promoting a national political debate, and excluding those who practice violence or reject traditional thoughts and beliefs.
