A meeting with Chinese Progressive Association members, Chinatown activists, and Central Artery/Tunnel Project officials to discuss the DD Ramp. In this image, Chinatown activists are holding protest signs that read: "Tai Tung Village Tenant's Association, No Albany Street Detour Ramp"; "Chinatown Business Association, No Albany Street Detour Ramp"; and partially visible "Alternatives, [Not Mitigation]." A community task force successfully stopped the Central Artery/Tunnel Project DD Ramp from being built; the off-ramp would have caused increased traffic and air pollution in Chinatown.
