Description:
Mayoral candidate Bruce C. Bolling talks into a microphone and is filmed on video camera at a demonstration in Chinatown, protesting against the New England Medical Center's proposal to build a garage on Parcel C. The demonstrators are holding signs and a banner. While only partially visible, the banner says: "No Garage on Oak St." Two protesters hold signs that say: "Vote. Let the People Decide on NEMC's [New England Medical Center's] garage proposal on Parcel C! Vote in the Chinatown Referendum Sunday, Sept. 12, 1993, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Chinese Merchant's Building, 20 Hudson Street. Monday, Sept. 13, 1993, 8:00 am - 7 pm, Quincy Elementary School, 885 Washington Street." There is another sign that says "We Can Win! Vote Bruce Bolling for Mayor, For a better Boston."
