Head and shoulders portrait of Bernard "Bunny" Solomon. Solomon matriculated as a member of the Northeastern University Class of 1946; however the Second World War interrupted his studies. Solomon completed his degree at the American University in England. Solomon later served as the vice chair of the Board of Trustees at Northeastern and received an honorary Doctorate of Public Service from the university in 1991.
