There is a young boy standing in the wagon, and two young girls standing on the ground nearby. The girls are looking at an old man who is standing next to the wagon. There are some bales of hay on the ground. The painting has a lacey gold border. The card has an illegible copyright date. 4 3/4 x 3 5/8 in. B: The card is made of off white cardbord. In the middle is a drawing of a Native American, reaching out to get some water from a small pool. The card is signed by the artist, Charles Stanton Giles. 6 1/2 x 4 3/4 in. C: Decorative Advent Calander, depicting Santa Claus coming to a village and handing out presents to all the children. Many of the children are holding candles, and some are walking dogs or pulling sleds. Under the flaps are pictures of various Christmas related objects, including toys and angels. The calander uses lots of silver glitter to indicate the glow of snow and candle light. Printed in Western Germany.
