Summary of the orders issued and received on the day President Onganía was ousted. Provides a detailed description of the steps that the Junta de Comandantes en Jefe (JCJ) took to neutralize President Onganía and take control over the communications media, the Army, and the agencies of the Executive Branch. Includes President Onganía's refusal to accept the authority of the JCJ, his removal of Lanusse from his post as CJE, and his attempt to assume the role himself; ultimately Onganía submits his resignation to the Junta de Comandantes and they install themselves in House of Government.
