There are reports from various committees, including the Executive Committee, the Consumer Committee, the Evaluation Committee, Membership Committee, Policy Committee, which talks about service category changes and an overview of the priority setting process, and Frente Unido. The Resources and Allocations Committee makes recommendations for the allocation of unobligated funds, including putting those funds towards the Minority AIDS Initiative. The New Hampshire Health & Human Services and Boston Public Health Commission also give reports. There is a summary of votes taken. Exhibits include memos, a flier asking for people to submit their personal stories about people living with AIDS and how Ryan White CARE Act-funded programs have helped them, proposals, and an epidemiological profile on AIDS in Massachusetts.
