This is a photograph of the Springfield College's SC Exhibition Dancers performing a dance, ca. 1976. There are two men sitting, cross-legged on the floor. They sit directly across from each other with two long sticks between them that they are holding at the ends and are resting on two lengths of wood. The dancers, three women & three men (in a boy, girl pattern), have stepped into the space between the sticks. The women have their right arm raised above their heads and are lifting their skirts up their thighs with their left. The men stand with their arms crossed before their chests. These is a big "S" on the floor before them.

The SC Exhibition Dancers was a group that performed dance routines and performed along with the SC Exhibition Gymnastics Team. The highlight of their season was the annual Exhibition Homeshow. The SC Dancers, in addition to helping with the Homeshow, also supports students from throughout the College community interested in performing, improving and perpetuating dance on Campus.
