<mods:abstract>A pamphlet used for promotional and fund raising purposes titled "The Old School". It was published in the early twenties by the International YMCA Training School, now Springfield College. It talks about the origins of the school and tells the story of the school through different stories about its growth through the early '20s. It ends by talking about fund-raising. There are photos of classes, teams, and faculty scattered through out. This document was inside the time capsule for Springfield College's Alumni Hall which was opened in June 2017.</mods:abstract>
<mods:note>The Alumni Hall time capsule was placed in the cornerstone of Alumni Hall on September 22, 1926. The time capsule was removed from the cornerstone during renovations conducted in 2015. The time capsule was officially opened on June 10, 2017 during reunion weekend.</mods:note>
