A special notice for the delegates to the Secretaries Conference of 1892 that attended the Commencement exercises of the International YMCA Training School held in the May. The paper gives information about tickets, stop-overs, entertainment at Springfield and Worcester and information to candidates to the secretaryship program of Springfield College. It is not sure where this special notice was located. It could've been sent with the invitations to the Commencement Services of 1892.
