Ballot box and election volunteers during the election for Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's new Board of Directors.
Description:
Two women (Carmen Colombani is the second from the left) and a man staff the table that holds the ballot box for the election of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's new Board of Directors. During the years 1996 - 1997, Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's leadership was unstable. A transitional director was hired, and in 1998, a new Board of Directors was elected, signaling a long period of growth and stability for Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción.
