  <mods:abstract>An event celebrating a Child Care Training program that was coordinated by Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción staff member Laura Buxbaum. The room has been decorated with streamers, and cake and soda are set up on a cloth-covered table. Buxbaum distributes certificates and toys to participants. One of the participants juggles a child in her arms, her certificate, and the boxed puzzle that a little boy hands her.</mods:abstract>
