The Tarbell Medallion was established in 1934 by Edward Tarbell '89 and is awarded to alumni who have distinguished themselves in their profession and maintained an active interest and notable support to Springfield College. Receiving the award in 1946 were Leslie Tompkins '18, Edward Hickox, Arthur Jeffrey, and Edgar Robinson '01.
