Photocopy of a document included with Cornicelli's diary kept during his service as Secretary-Aide to Army Commander in Chief, General Lanusse. Reports Onganía's government is not in a good situation; however, he can remain President for a longer period if he changes the people in his cabinet. Baré supports Lanusse as Army in Chief Commander. He supports the Señorans ouster and the Martínez Zubiria appointment; thinks that Imaz should not be the Interior Ministry. He accuses San Sebastian of being a "union gangster." Refers to Lanusse's support of Onganía's government, as expressed in the February 1970's orientation and in his March 22 speech.
