ABCD office under siege--While one demonstrator calls friends to tell of the latest developments, two other members of the Spanish speaking community hang up a Puerto Rican flag in the ABCD office on Tremont St. after seizing the office. The protesters, some 75 in all, vowed they would remain until their 15 demands for more Puerto Rican participation in the program is met.
