Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy G.389b.40 bound in modern maroon goatskin. Housed in a tan clamshell box together with previous binding of early rebacked sheepskin underlaid in brown goatskin. Bookplate of the BPL Charlotte Harris Fund, Charlestown Branch, on pastedown of previous binding. Late 18th-century inscription on L2 verso: "Ann Sanders[?] Book." Purchased in April, 1903.
