Collation: Paper with watermark: a circle enclosing the letter M and three horizontal lines, surmounted by a simple star, fol. i (modern endpaper) + 33 + i (modern endpaper) ; 1-2¹² 3¹²⁻³ (three leaves lacking at end) ; modern arabic pencil foliation, upper outer corner each recto.
Layout: Single column, 18 lines. Bounding and writing lines in blind, music on fol. 27-33 only, rhythmic mensural notation on five-line staff.
Script: Written in a gothic cursive (fol. 27-33 later crude gothic formata) in black ink with red rubrics.
Binding: 19th-century paste paper over pasteboard.
