Caption: All lit up last night and ready for a week's celebration in the new City Hall located in the Government Center. The festivities begin today with a massive reception for the 15,000 municipal employees. Later in the day, hundreds of city leaders will tour the new building. The 21.6 million dollar City Hall will be formally dedicated Monday at 10 a.m. with appropriate exercises attended by local, state and national figures.
