Layout: Single column, five staves. Bounding and writing lines in light plummet. Square Gregorian notation on a four-line red staff, no stems.
Script: Written in a Gothic rotunda in black ink with red rubrics.
Decoration: On the recto, a two-staff high initial [D] in pale rose on blue, the letter and background with white filigree, thin vines with elongated heart-shaped leaves along inner margin, historiated with the Pentecost: a crowd of apostles, the holy spirit in the form of a dove descending from above.
