Script: Written in a Gothic rotunda in black ink with red rubrics.
Layout: Single column, 6 staves. Bounding and ruling lines in blind. Square Gregorian notation on a four-line red staff, no stems.
Decoration: On the recto, a two-staff high initial [H] in colors with some scrolling leaves at the corners, historiated with St. Zeno in his Bishop's robes excorcising a demon from the daughter of Emperor Gallienus, who kneels before him as the winged demon flies from the top of her head.
