Text from item: A plan of the Town of Lincoln taken agreeable to a resolve of this Commonwealth survey made in November 1794 and in May 1795 which town contains one house for public worship, one sawmill and one pond containing one hundred and ninety seven acres. the center of town lyeth sixteen miles from the Shire[?] town of the county and twelve miles from the metropolis of Boston town house [?] the small black line written is the outline of the town and the Common[?] and distances of the adjoining [?] towns are described by the different colours, and names being infested [?] against the [...] N.B. one other pond containing by estimation [?] fifty acres.
